Our HL/Skin Facial and Dermaplan Facial treatments are designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, and rejuvenate the skin while promoting total relaxation. These treatments help remove dull, dead skin cells, improve product absorption, and leave your skin feeling smooth, refreshed, and glowing. Including relaxing facial massage techniques, hydrating products, and finishing moisturiser with SPF, both facials are perfect for enhancing your natural glow while providing a calming self-care experience for the mind and body.
Cancellation Policy
THE MASSAGE HUT & SPA — BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with 48 hours' notice or more will not incur a cancellation charge. If you cancel within 48 hours, we may retain some or all of a deposit already paid, where fair and proportionate to the loss caused by the late cancellation. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) may result in a request for payment of up to 100% of the booked treatment price, but only where reasonable in light of the actual loss, including any replacement booking and costs saved. This is not an automatic website charge; we will contact you separately if a charge applies. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out the treatment and the appointment may be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if delayed. Please complete any required consultation and disclose relevant medical conditions before your treatment. We may adapt or decline a treatment if it is unsuitable. Exceptional circumstances will be considered fairly. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
