You can also choose from over 15 treatments each month.
Q2. Do my treatments roll over if I don’t use them?
No, treatments must be used within the month they are issued.
This encourages regular self-care and helps you make the most of your membership.
Q3. Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are for individual use only. However, Revive members may share one treatment
per month with a family member or friend.
Q4. How do I book my treatments?
You can book online, by phone, or in person at reception.
Members get priority booking so you can secure your favourite times.
Q5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations under 24 hours or missed
appointments will result in the treatment being deducted from your package.
Q6. How do I cancel my membership?
We just need 1 month’s written notice to cancel but only after 3 months.
Any treatments already paid for must be used before the membership ends.
Q7. Do I get discounts on other treatments?
Yes! Members enjoy exclusive discounts on add-ons, upgrades, and selected treatments.
Q8. Can I combine my treatments?
Yes — Revive members can combine treatments into longer spa-day style sessions.
